Well, this is my first post and it is not easy to write on here. I have delayed writing a post because I do not know what to write. I am a visual person, very visual and writing does not come easily to me but perhaps I will just get into it. I have been creating many pieces this year relating to water, a series called "distant landscape". I think this is perhaps I live in the desert and I miss the water terribly. I am from England, an island of course, and never further than 30 miles from the sea for most of my life. The desert has definitely influenced my art. It is a stream of consciousness that is coming out through my photography. I guess I have to admit I miss the water! I have just started another series called "Internal Stills" which is very exciting because something else is emerging.
